Raised Christian and homeschooled, Kalynn Davis was living a double life. When she got pregnant at 16, she opted to not tell her parents and get a judge to sign for her to abort.
“It was the most traumatizing thing and painful thing that has ever happened to me,” Kalynn says. “People talk about you know pro-choice and stuff but they don’t really understand the just the demonic activity that surrounds abortions.”
She was playing volleyball, fornicating with her boyfriend, using drugs and pretending to live the Christian life. As a result of getting exposed to pornography at age 11, she also entertained same-sex attraction.
But when she got pregnant a second time, she asked for an ultrasound. “You have twins,” the technician told her.
“My heart immediately sank. It was purpose and destiny,” Kalynn recalls. “God met me in that room and smacked me with the most loving smack. I’m a twin and he put twins in my womb.”
The nurse encouraged Kalynn to call her mother, which because she felt so guilty she was loathe to do. Instead, she called her brother, who also encourage her to call her mom.
Reluctantly, she called her mom. Mom didn’t judge her. “Why don’t you come home and we’ll talk about this and pray about this?” Mom cooed.
Mom was waiting at the garage when Kalynn pulled up. “Oh my peanuts! My little peanuts,” she said referring to the grandchildren in Kalynn’s womb.
Kalynn knew then everything was going to be all right. She would make it through.
