The CIA takes aim at Tucker Carlson

Poor, Tucker Carlson. He’s had rough few weeks, culminating with a CIA investigation against him for acting as a unregistered foreign agent after his July 7 interview with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian which pumped up Iran vis-a-vis the U.S. The Tucker Carlson Network host shared he fears he’ll be hit with a criminal accusation from the Department of Justice.

Then there’s the issue of unwittingly converting in the spokesman for the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corp. To discourage the Iranian uprising, the regime ran in early January Tucker Carlson’s lavish praise on its national T.V.

Since leaving Fox News, Carlson has reversed a lot of his previous opinions. Islamic societies and sharia law are now good. In addition to soft-balling Iran’s president, he appeared at a Qatari Forum to praise that nation. For both nations, he conveniently overlooked their funding and directing international terrorism.

Doing controversial interviews (he did Vladimir Putin and Nick Fuentes) has been good for virality, but it’s not clear if wanted the promotion to spokesman for the IRGC, today’s version of Nazi Germany.

Then there’s the question of his antisemitism. He rants regularly about Israel, Zionism and Christian Zionism, which he says he hates more than anything. When Senator Ted Cruz got interviewed, Carlson skewered him for his support of Israel (while flagrant antisemite Fuentes was given a pass for saying he loved WW2 fascist Italian dictator Mussolini).

When he was a Fox News, Abby Grossberg sued alleging antisemitism. While Carlson denied any wrongdoing, Fox News settled for $12M.

That was chump change. For Carlson’s allegations that Dominion Voting Systems rigged the 2020 election, Fox was forced to pay a civil suit for $787.5M.

He got into all kinds of hot water at Fox. Even though he was the most watched cable news with 3M nightly viewers, he got fired April 21, 2023. His friend and colleague Victor Hanson told the Free Press that Carlson felt there were Jewish forces maligning him and forcing him out.

Carlson has been widely criticized for spreading Jewish blood libels. He’s promoted fellow antisemite Candace Owens.

And the world has been wondering: What made him switch sides from enemy of Islam to enemy of Judaism?

If all this is not enough to give poor Tucker a royal headache, now it emerges that the Trump administration used him to trick the Iranian Regime (his buddies) into all gathering in one place to assassinate 40 of the top leaders along with Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. How did this? With a simple photo.

Trump invited Carlson to the White House for an photo. The message was clear: he was aligned with Carlson. Carlson opposed any war against Iran. Conservatives were outraged that President Trump would deign to picture himself with the raving podcaster.

And Iran took the bait. Lulled into a false sense of security, Khamenei met with his tops advisers in his house. Intelligence got wind of the meeting, and the strike was ordered.

Things are NOT going well for Carlson. You could say that Tucker is tuckered out by all the bad news.
