Coordinated explosions tore across Iran Saturday, and nobody knows where they came from: U.S. drones? Mossad bomb plants? Internal opposition forces?
Whatever caused the blasts in Bandar Abbas, Ahvaz, Karaj and Parand, they appeared to target Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps facilities — which following Russian policy of housing troops together, make it easy to kill by the dozens.
The simultaneous explosions represent a signal to the repressive Islamist regime that they can’t stop the onslaught despite Chinese and Russian defense systems. At the same time, they are a signal to the people of Iran that help is still on its way, though the massive U.S. buildup has been methodical and anything but rash.

Also on Saturday, Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman Al Saud, after meeting in Washington, reversed Saudi’s previous prohibition on the use of its airspace for an attack against Iran.
The original policy was made at a time when Iran boasted hitting anyone in the region with 500 ballistic missiles. The policy was undoubtedly influenced by Saudi Arabia’s past bad experiences with Iran; in 2019 Iran knocked out the Abqaiq oil processing facility – the world’s largest oil stabilization plant — and the Khurais oil field with cruise missiles and drones. At that time, Trump, Saudi’s biggest ally, didn’t counter-attack.
But then Prince Khalid entered the White House for secret negotiations. When he emerged, the policy was changed. Why? Possibly, he was shown intel showing Iran was really incapable of strikes — just like it was against Israel during the 12-day war in June. Also possibly, he was shown the U.S. true intentions to wipe out the IRGC, which has been a nasty thorn in the side of Saudi Arabia since the Revolution of 1979.

At the same time, China ordered all its nationals out of Iran. When the people who should be in the know do these sorts of things, the reads become clear.
Russia and China, Iran’s strongest allies right now, have demurred at Iran’s pleas for help. What the BRICS nation biggies did do was agree to a show of force by coordinating naval drills for two days in the Northern Indian Ocean. They probably calculated that the U.S. would refrain from strikes while Russia and China was nearby.
Sorry, the explosions happened, and China and Russia canceled the drills.

Everything is stacking up against the Islamist regime right now: nations, military building, terrible economy, water shortage, a complete lack of support among the Iranian people.
The only thing the regime has managed is to call in 5,000 or so jihadis from Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan to slaughter its own citizens with machine guns and make the people retreat to their homes. The fanatical are the only ones who won’t read the writing on the wall; they will believe in Allah for ultimate victory, or if not, entry into Paradise. RIP.
