The survival of the Iranian Regime now lies in the estimated 300,000 fanatics comprising the Basij units who suppress dissent, surveil neighborhoods and otherwise keep control on the 95% of Iran that’s not on board with the Islamist occupier leadership.
Three hundred thousand. That’s a lot of fierce loyalists to kill — if the Army, tasked with defending the nation, not the regime, should defect.
While international analysts are pessimistic about changing leadership inside Iran, a closer look at the Basij reveals the task may be close at hand after all.

That’s because the Basij — comprised of students, civil servants and volunteers who have bought into fanatical Shi’ite Islam — are losing all their bases and all their commanders. Mossad, CIA and Iranian people are calling in strikes against them.
“Their leadership is being decimated on a daily basis, their military infrastructure is being crushed,” says Michael Pregent, a Middle East analyst with the Hudson Institute. “We now have the ability to target 2 to 3 man cells with actionable intelligence from the Iranian people. Basij checkpoints are being hit. Basij patrols are being hit. If you launch a drone, you’re hit. If you launch a ballistic missile, you’re hit. If you’re setting up a drone, you’re likely to be hit… This is the reality on the ground of Day 14.
“The IRGC member on the ground doesn’t have a headquarters, doesn’t have air defense, cannot call in close air support, has no logistical support, can’t call a medivac if their injured, there’s no help coming,” the former intel officer adds. “It doesn’t matter what people say on Twitter, the only way the regime survives is if this demoralized IRGC member somehow survives, somehow believes that the regime’s coming back.”

Individual Basij members are receiving text messages with threats ordering them to surrender. Their personal details are being posted online to let them know they will be found and arrested or killed for their collaboration with the terrorist regime.

Pending official confirmation, Basij leader in Tehran Muhammad Sarlak has been eliminated.
