A Christian must give up his bed to a Muslim for the night, if the Muslim asks for it, under sharia law, says UK imam Abu Waleed (whose real name is Shahid Janjua).
“Which wife is going to live with John under that type of circumstances?” said the London-based imam of Punjabi background and Salafist teaching. “What kind of dishonor honoring is this for me to live with (him)?”
Even in the United Kingdom, hardline Muslims are free to spout hatred towards anyone who’s not Muslim. Waleed says Christians (and other infidels) are rightly second class citizens. That’s the way Islam works, he adds.
Speaking in a video thought to be from 2014-15, Waleed says that according to authoritative hadiths, Christians:
- have to make way from Muslims on the sidewalk
- have to ride side-style on mules (like women used to do)
- have to shave their hair humiliatingly (if they’re men)
- have to give their fine clothes to Muslims if asked on the Day of Eid
- have to wear unmatched shoes on left and right feet
- have to wear a red belt around their neck
The purpose of treating Christians and Jews as inferior is a deliberate attempt to pressure the children of Christian parents to convert to Islam, Waleed says.
“You can see how Islam would make the child become Muslim,” Waleed says.
His sermon, put up on YouTube, reflect a branch of Islam that is not obscure nor marginalized. It’s a current with many adherents.
Though preached about a decade ago, this sermon reveals what many Muslims actually think is proper and right. It suggests a motive to random acts of Muslims committed on the street that Leftists tell us incessantly originates from mental health issue.
While mental health can certainly play a role, Waleed’s preaching also shows that there might be reasons for an extremist to view himself as inherently superior to those around him, who if they don’t get out of his way on the sidewalk, he’s justified by being a Muslim, to strike out against him.
