In protest against their regime, the Iranian women’s soccer team simply did not sing their national anthem at the Women’s Asian Cup in Australia.
Iran state T.V. labeled them wartime traitors. Now that most of the team is returning, it is feared they will be killed.
Five of the team members left the hotel and applied for asylum, which they were granted. The other team members appear to be headed home, despite the danger, because they fear for the lives of their family members.

The incident of the soccer field underscores how the people of Iran hate their leaders, the fanatical Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps which embraces violent terrorism against anyone opposed to their plan of world conquest.
After their audaciousness, the soccer players were forced to salute during the playing of their national anthem, which they did out of fear.
