Mihrigul Tursun was strapped in a tiger chair for torture. Her crime? Being Uyghur in China.
“Each time I was electrocuted, my whole body would shake violently, and I could feel the pain in my veins,” Mihrigul told the U.S. Congress. “I begged them to kill me.”
In response to Uyghur pleas for independence, the Chinese Communist Party rounded up 1M Uyghurs in internment camps it called vocational centers. Accusations include sterilization to exterminate them and forced labor. Your Apple phone, your Nike shoes, your Gap clothes are made by 80K Uyghurs treated as slaves, according to the Australian Strategic Policy Institute.
“It is no secret that the Chinese government has been actively supporting the Palestinian narrative and is likely behind the well-funded anti-Israel campus protests across the world. China’s aim is to draw attention away from its ongoing campaign of colonization, genocide and occupation in East Turkistan,” said Salih Hudayar, a Uyghur-American political activist living in exile.

Under international pressure, the Chinese shut down the concentration camps, but human rights observers said many of the internees were simply transferred to regular judicial prisons and tens of thousands are working in factories against their will to prop up the Chinese regime.
There are 12 million Uyghurs, who are Sunni Muslim, in the Autonomous Region of Xinjiang. The northwest region, rich in energy resources, came under Chinese control as far back as the 1700s during the Qing Dynasty, but the Muslims there wanted freedom when they saw their Turkic cohorts get independence in the fall of the Soviet Union.

China was unforgiving, launching a sinification and de-Islamification campaign that demolished or repurposed 16,000 mosques and again flared up again during Ramadan 2026, when 500 Uyghurs were arrested. Birth rates have fallen 60% among the Uyghurs. The U.S. State Department’s monitoring report accuses China of harvesting organs from Uyghurs.

IT IS AGAINST THIS BACKDROP that China’s support of Iran — it is alleged that China is the ONLY reason the Iranian Regime has not yet been toppled — makes no sense. If China is fullbore opposed to Islam (the Islam of the Uyghurs), then why is it supporting fullbore the Islam of the Islamic Regime of Iran?
Someone should tell Xi Jinping that you reap what you sow, of if you don’t like the Biblical principal, that karma is a nasty mofo. Radical Islam is the beast that you feed and care for that grows up into a monster that eats you.

Dissident Yuan Hongbing says, “The CCP is in fact fully supporting the stability of the Iranian government. According to covert insiders, China has already established a covert supply route through Pakistan to transport various types of military equipment to Iran. This channel is currently accelerating.”
Iran’s long-range missiles depend heavily on Chinese BeiDou Navigation Satellite System. The cores systems of Iran’s drones and missiles are sourced from China, Professor Yuan alleges (as reported on Lei’s Real Talk).

China is essentially propping up the hobbled regime, it’s not just because it gets cheap oil from Iran. China’s support of Iran is a plan to drag the United States into another Afghanistan-type War to weaken the U.S. on the world stage, making way for China to assume the primacy.
Xi Jinping has never given up the idea of conquering Taiwan. One of the biggest obstacles standing in his way is the U.S. So the strategy is clear: wear down and destroy the U.S. via Iran to then seize Taiwan unhindered.
But in the world’s ecosystem, what you do in one realm tends to affect you in unforeseen ways in another. No one can control every eventual unrelated consequence. How will Muslims see the two-facedness of China, whole-heartedly supporting Iran while whole-heartedly suppressing the Uyghurs?
